The Healthy Pet Club

In 2008, we designed The Healthy Pet Club pet healthcare plan to give our clients a cost-effective way to provide their pets with the best possible preventative healthcare, whilst saving them money. The plan is provided to all of our small animal practices and it is available to cats, dogs, rabbits, puppies and kittens.

Over 500,000 pets benefit from a range of regular veterinary-prescribed preventative healthcare services and treatments as part of being a member of the club. These include:

  • Initial vaccination course or booster as required (including Kennel Cough for dogs) and clinical examination with a vet;
  • Vet prescribed parasite prevention medication;
  • 10% discount on ALL vet fees and products;
  • 10% discount on MiNightVet emergency out of hours veterinary care;
  • 20% discount on neutering;
  • 20% discount on selected lifetime care medications for cats and dogs;
  • 20% discount on Well Pet Blood Screens at time of booster vaccination;
  • Fixed price dental* or 20% discount on dentals for rabbits;
  • One six month health check with a veterinary nurse;
  • 1 x Rearguard and 10% off additional treatments for rabbits;
  • Multi-pet discount (£1 discount per month) for each additional pet;
  • Microchip;
  • Nail clipping;
  • Food offer: Buy five bags of cat or dog food to receive the sixth bag free of charge**;
  • 1 x bag of puppy or kitten food when registering;
  • 1 x bag of food or hay per month for rabbits.

By joining the club, members can spread the cost on their pet's everyday healthcare with easy monthly direct debit payments or they have the option of paying for their membership annually.

*Fixed price dental for your adult dog/adult cat includes full oral health assessment, dental scale and polish. Extractions, endodontics, dental X-rays and other advanced dental procedures are not included in the fixed price but are subject to 10% Healthy Pet Club discount.
